		<description>I&#039;m glad you didn&#039;t give up and went ahead with the second batch.   I&#039;ve had similar mishaps with other recipes instructing putting a baking sheet under a baking pan.   What&#039;s worked for me is to put the baking sheet (or a sheet of aluminum foil) on a rack right below the one the baking pan sits on.  That way, you&#039;re protecting your oven from a dripping mess without the uneven baking issues.
