		<description>I bought some mahleb from Kalustyan&#039;s when we were still in NYC but haven&#039;t had a chance to play with it yet.  I was thinking of using it as an infusion to flavor ice cream.  On a personal note, I have some exciting news.  I got a job!  I&#039;m going to be the pastry sous chef at Cafe Juanita.  I&#039;m super excited.</description>
