		<description>For something we so take for granted, salt has a long history of world trade.  But I never realized there were so many types.  And you have so many.  I am happy just to have Sea Salt in a box and kosher.  Will have to look for the different types when I get to the &#039;city&#039;.</description>

I think I will look for some of the black flake salt because I bake a lot of bread and I like the suggestion about a dramatic finishing on crackers, bread etc.
