		<description>Wow, I love your substitutions!  I&#039;d rather eat a mango over a pineapple.  And the curry spice, how inventive!  Your meringue looks so fluffy too!  I sliced my pineapples too thin so I hope it still counters the sweetness (if it is too sweet).</description>
