		<description>A very timely post, Carol! My doctor has me on a gluten-free diet until the end of October, so Ivan has been making cornbread for us to replace wheat breads. 

The last two batches have benefited from a healthy dose of golden plums from our neighbor&#039;s tree resulting in a dense, moist bread with a hint of fruity sweetness.</description>
