YOU win this week…these are so great…I cannot imagine ever being this creative in my entire life. They look just beautiful, too. I have got to revisit these cookies and come up with a new plan for creativity. Creative or not, these disappeared alarmingly quickly around here.

Carol, you went to town with these cookies! I think I would have liked the texture more if I would have used almond meal instead of ground almonds. I wish I could try all of your fantastic fillings!
