We are Bhut Jolokia growers from Assam. As you would be aware that the Bhut Jolokia is a naturally occuring hybrid native of the Assam region of North Eastern India. It is extensively cultivated in North Eastern Region of India especially in the states of Assam, Nagaland and Manipur. The Guinness World Records has recognized it as the hottest chilli in the world.
We are one of the leading exporters of Bhut Jolokia from Assam.

Bhut Jolokia Powder
Bhut Jolokia Flakes
Bird Eye Chilli Pod (with stems)

		<description>It turns out the class was foiled by the big snow storm 2012, so we are rescheduling it. Hopefully we&#039;ll hold it next Wednesday the 25, but that&#039;s not been confirmed as of yet, so I&#039;ll post an update once I know for sure. Maybe you&#039;ll get lucky and happen to be in Seattle on the make-up date.

I&#039;m sure we&#039;ll run the class again in the future. If you&#039;re signed up for our Newsletter or like us on Facebook or add us to your Google+ circles you&#039;ll be sure to hear about future classes.</description>

		<description>I cannot make it on this date, but am very interested in taking the class in the future.  Please give as much advanced notice as possible so I can plan.  I live in southern Oregon; it is several hundred miles but i do get to Seattle for business.  If  you do it in Portland please let me know.
