Shipping Information

Your order ships for only $5, subject to
some obligatory fine-print:

  • Offer good only on orders placed through TableFare's
    website or through the TableFare Amazon store.
    Offer does not apply to any other retailers.
  • $5.00 shipping applies to standard shipping to U.S.
    addresses only. Expedited shipping is slightly
    discounted (but yes, it's still pricey!).
  • If you're only buying one of our SpiceCare Label Packs, shipping is just $1.00.

How to buy SpiceCare products »

Whether you purchase products directly from this website or through Amazon, we strive to get them sent out as quickly as possible. Most orders are sent out within one business day.

FedEx Ground and SmartPost are our primary shipping methods. We do, however, use the U.S. Postal Service in the following situations:

  • The address is a Post Office box in the continental U.S. or any location in Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.
  • The address is in a rural location that makes FedEx delivery unusually expensive.

All orders are shipped from Seattle, Washington. Typical transit time for the Western U.S. is about three business days; allow up to a full week for shipments to the East coast. At checkout you will have the option to select Expedited for U.S. orders, if you would like your package to arrive quicker. For all FedEx shipments we will email you a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor the progress of its arrival.

Canadian Orders: Orders sent to Canada might be subject to additional customs charges that will be the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are collected upon arrival, which can be an unpleasant surprise on top of the already expensive shipping costs. If this concerns you, please check with your local Canada Post Office prior to placing your order.

Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your TableFare products. If you are not, please contact us so we can work out a solution. We are more than happy to provide additional information about using our products or to replace any parts that may be damaged.

If you would like to return a product, please observe the following:

  • Start by sending us a note at sales@tablefare.com to let us know that you are returning the product. That way we can watch for it and make sure your account is properly credited. It would also be extremely helpful if you added a few words as to why you are returning the product, but this is optional.
  • Carefully pack all of the pieces and original packaging (if you still have it) into a suitable box. Please include enough packing material to keep the containers from banging into each other too much during their trip back to us. For an example of how NOT to pack things, check out the picture at the bottom of this page. Also, be sure to include your name and address!
  • Send it to:

  • Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once we receive your shipment we will issue a refund through the same method you used for your purchase.
  • Expedited, Express, Two-Day or Overnight shipping charges are non-refundable.

This is a prime example of how not to pack a box. The couple strips of gift wrapping paper were an interesting touch, but ultimately did little to protect the contents from being massively jostled about.
